For one serving, mix 30 g of powder (2 level measuring spoons, inside) with 200 ml of plant-based drink or water. Then let the pudding stand for 5 minutes and stir again before eating. We recommend using a shaker to prepare it.

You can also enjoy the pudding warm; simply place the mixed mixture in the microwave for 50 seconds at 600 W.

Recommendation

Enjoy 1-3 servings of 30 g each per day, before or after training or as a snack.

Keep in mind

For optimal support, we recommend that you consume 2 g of protein per kg of body weight daily.
